Grammy winner Marc Anthony started his eponymous clothing line in the morning at Kohl's Department Store in Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City.

Collection of the Marc Anthony are includes outerwear, sportswear, suit separates, sport coats, dress shirts, accessories and more.

Anthony said the clothing line provides quality at affordable prices.

"It's for anybody who wants to feel good in clothes," he said, noting that he was inspired to create the line after "years of having to wear clothing, in various situations, whether it be in public (or anywhere else)."

Anthony in his apparel focus on one specific quality.

"It's just about how the clothes feel. You can wear cool, stylish clothes but they don't feel good. We made sure these clothes feel good. I'd wear them a billion percent of the time."

The singer said that he during the design process was the input they want to create things on the drawing is not technical expertise.

He also jokes that he used a big ribbon-cutting ceremony to collect his scissors in the summer and spring lines will need to work on.
